At Touch&Care Luxury Hair, we take pride in providing premium-quality hair products. Due to the nature of our items, please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.



Returns & Exchanges

 

  • No refunds are offered.
  • Exchanges only are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unaltered.
  • All products must be returned in their original packaging, including any tags, bundles, or accessories provided.
  • Any item that has been worn, washed, installed, cut, colored, or altered in any way will not be eligible for exchange.




Exchange Process

 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your exchange.
  • Approved exchanges will be processed for an item of equal value. If there is a price difference, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference.


Shipping & Delivery Information

 

  • Vietnamese Hair: Estimated delivery time is 1–2 weeks.
  • SDD (Standard Domestic Delivery): Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days.
